Dear Portland in Color community,
We’re thrilled to announce applications are now open for Creative Refresh: A Retreat for BIPOC Artists! This intimate 3-day experience, taking place from December 27 - December 29, 2024, at the beautiful Society Hotel in Bingen, WA, will offer an idyllic setting for us to connect, reflect, rest, and creative goal set for the year ahead.
The retreat includes:
✷ A two-night stay at the Society Hotel with private rooms and all meals included
✷ Creative goal setting and visioning to map out your creative path for 2025
✷ Yoga, sound bath, and meditation sessions to center your mind and body
✷ Individual portrait sessions to capture the weekend, with tips for taking great self-portraits
✷ A private bathhouse soaking sessions for Creative Refresh retreat attendees
✷ Plenty of free time to build community with fellow artists, decompress, rest, imagine, and wonder!

Full tuition is $1295-$1495. Scholarships are available.
We encourage everyone interested to apply, at any stage of their creative journey. We especially encourage those navigating burnout, seeking deeper connection with community, and/or yearning to reclaim rest as a part of their creative process to apply.
